However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
1.3. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

2.1. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including any taxes and shipping costs) to that payment method.

3.1. Shipping: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

3.3. Product Warranty: Please refer to the specific product warranty information provided with each item or on its product page. Our liability for any product is limited to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Nyx Lighting provides no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. In no event shall Nyx Lighting, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

• any content obtained from the Service; and

• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
