RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Nyx Lighting, we are committed to providing high quality lighting products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Return Conditions (Standard Items)
Most items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be returned in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition. This means:

The fixture's wires must be uncut and intact.

No visible signs of damage, wear, or installation.

Must be returned with all original parts, components, accessories, manuals, and packing materials.

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging (the box should be free of additional markings, tape, or labels that were not present upon arrival).

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Installed or Modified Items: Any product that has been installed, assembled, used, or modified in any way.

Custom, Special, or Made-to-Order Items: Products specifically tailored or ordered to a customer's unique specifications.

Clearance/Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Open Box."

Individual replacement parts.

Large Quantity Orders: Orders exceeding the specific total dollar amount (over $5000) may be considered final sale or subject to higher restocking fees.
3. Restocking Fee
All standard returns that meet the conditions in Section 1 may be subject to a [10-25%] Restocking Fee of the item's purchase price. This fee covers inspection, repacking, and administrative costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return
You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping any item back. Items returned without a valid RGA number will be refused or subject to a higher fee/forfeiture of refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt.

6. Refunds Process
